It is NOT about guns and what we should or should not be doing about them.  

It’s really about stopping criminals armed with guns and the cyclical and repetitive violent acts they commit.

Gun Crimes: More Justice Less Talk

For the last ten years or so, I have been getting most of my news from the Internet.  

Before that, every morning at “Zero-dark- hundred” a guy in an old Volvo wagon would take a hook shot from his driver side window dropping my paper in reasonable proximity to my driveway. By the time I got to it though, most of the news was old news.

Ejector Marks: Why You Shouldn't Ignore Them

With baseball’s post-season having just wrapped up in North America, I recently found myself wondering how many teams would have still been in the playoffs if some of them had decided to play their entire season calling their own players “out” after only two strikes. This seems like a ridiculous scenario, but it’s essentially one that many IBIS sites voluntarily subscribe to when they opt to not capture ejector marks when acquiring cartridge cases.
