Belize and Costa Rica to Receive IBIS Ballistics Systems

On Sunday, Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced an initiative to support and enhance Central America’s securityinfrastructure by providing IBIS ballistics identification equipment to both Belize and Costa Rica. Canada aims to help countries fighting on the front lines against drugs, transnational organized crime and terrorism through equipment purchases, training, and technical assistance.
